Prices

All prices shown in the price list do not include shipping, handling or applicable taxes. All
prices are subject to change without notice. Special discounts may be available for large quantity
purchases.

Payment Terms

Net 30 days with approved credit, unless otherwise agreed upon. For all accounts
past due a monthly finance charge of 2% will be applied. Shipments will be withheld for past due
account balances and may result in loss of credit status.

Returns

Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will
be refused. A minimum restocking charge of 25% will be applied to all returned items unless
otherwise agreed. All items must be in original packaging, uninstalled, and without damage. Credit
will be applied to account balances and no refunds will be issued.

Shipping

For orders below prepaid you may provide us with your preferred freight carrier account
number, or we will choose a carrier of our choice and add the shipping charge to your order total.
Prepaid orders will always be shipped by a carrier of our choice at ground service level, if you require
expedited shipping this is not covered under prepaid amounts. If your order arrived damaged, you
must notify us immediately.

BC $500.00, AB $500.00, SK $750.00, MB $750.00, ON $1500.00, QC $1500.00, NB $1500.00, NL
$1500.00, NS $1500.00, PE $1500.00, YT $1500.00, NT $1500.00, NU $1500.00

Minimum Order

No minimum order charge, all order sizes welcome.

Modifications

We reserve the right to make design changes without prior notice.

Warranty

Should a defect occur within the warranted period, we will replace the item with the
same or equivalent product at our discretion without charge. The warranty of a discontinued product
is at the discretion of Glimmer Lighting and will be handled on a case by case basis. We shall have no
obligation to replace a defective product until the customer returns defective product and/or
provides proof of purchase. We will not honour any claim for improperly installed or modified fixtures.
No charges for labour, installation, or materials will be honoured. Glimmer Lighting is not responsible
for any loss or damages, directly or indirectly arising from the use of such products or for
consequential damages.
